Villa Zama is built on three levels.
On the ground level, there are 2 bedrooms with bunk beds and there is 1 double bedroom.
The kitchen, living room and bathroom are also located on the ground floor.
The furniture is comfortable and there is a television, as well as air conditioning.
Additionally, the ground floor accessed a large, private garden, which has a gazebo and a grill.
On the first (top) floor there are 2 bedrooms; 1 double and 1 with 2 single beds.
There is also a bathroom on this floor.
If the villa is booked for more than 8 people, than the owner opens the underground floor, which consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower fixtures and 1 room with 4 single beds.
There is also a large living area.
Villa Zama can be rented for 8 people, or up to 16 total during the summer months.
Villa Zama is ideal for large groups or multiple families.
Heating and/or air conditioning are not included in the renting price and are charged separately according to consumption.
Nearby activities include: a golfing, diving, horseback riding, windsurfing, fishing, tennis, mountain biking, night clubs and hiking.
